• Toke Ferndale does not prescribe medication or provide medical diagnoses.
• Collection services may require verification of identity and supporting documentation.
• Medicinal cannabis products may only be collected and used by authorized patients in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Toke Ferndale reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud.

6. EFT Payments
Customers choosing EFT as a payment method acknowledge that:
